Peachland New Home

This home is built completely with a ICF Foundation.  Its a walkout rancher and all the exterior wall on both floors are ICF.  The only wall that is wood Frame is the upper main wall at the back of the house.  We built this wall with the traditional wood frame as it is mainly all windows.  We also used traditional wood frame for the bump out on the front of the house.  We choose the ICF foundations to explore the energy efficiency that comes with this type of home.

We also used Canadian Aero Thermal Heating, which is a zoned heating and A/C system.  This home consists of 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, granite counters, and a large theatre room using the Fortruss Suspended Slab system under the double garage.
