Summerland New Home

This home is built completely with a ICF Foundation.  Its a walkout rancher and all the exterior wall on both floors are ICF.   We used traditional wood frame for the bump out on the front of the house.  

  This home consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, granite counters, and a large exercise room using the Fortruss Suspended Slab system under the double garage.
